Return To Sender Fee
- if your package is deemed a "return to sender" package you will be charged a fee based on your package's size & total units ordered.
- fee amounts will vary and will be the customers sole responsibility to pay, per our policy.
- we can not reroute packages once they have been shipped from our warehouse.

We ship to most countries worldwide via USPS, UPS, DHL & FedEx for all domestic and international packages.
Shipping & Handling are as follows:
- Domestic Standard Shipping (3-9 days) plus processing time for packing of an order is an additional 3 business days
- International Standard Shipping (7-20+ days) + processing time for packaging of order 3 business days
In house processing time for ALL orders is 3 business days, please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.. We receive a TON of orders on product launch dates and work as fast as we can to ship but don’t guarantee any orders during this window to ship before the 10th business day.
After processing of order, delivery time within the United States is 3-9 days, and up to 20 business days or more for international orders. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
